Guarantee FATCA and CRS regulations fulfilment

The CRS solution of INFORMA covers all the norm scope and we can divide it in two sections: Information Services and Back Office Services.

• CRS Information Services directly derive from the application of the classification algorithm on the available public information in Informa's Database on the consulted corporate person. This initial classification is complemented with other additional services, complementary and necessary for the solution to be complete and the financial entities to guarantee the fulfilment of the norm.
• Backoffice services, designed to cover obligations derived from the handling of the Certificate, rendered by two companies of the Group Informa: CTI and Logalty, and, even include the complete management with the Specialised Call Centre and the Documents Management of all the associated documentation. The service regulates the request, handles divergences, verification, monitoring, and physical or electronic signature of the certificate as well as the safe-keeping of all the necessary documentation in the different existing processes for the correct compliance of the regulations' requirements.

The solution has the additional advantage for the entities that it does not require technological developments to fulfil the obligations derived from the CRS legislation, the impact in IT and Human Resources developments would be minimal or non-existent.

INFORMA's CRS is a complete solution as it covers all requirements established by the norm; it provides legal coverage guaranteeing evidence of the correct documentation request providing information on the companies that need to be reported.
